Attention all car enthusiasts We're seeking a dynamic and personable Front Counter Parts Advisor to join our team at the General Motors dealership.
If you have a passion for cars, exceptional customer service skills, and a talent for problem-solving, this could be the job for youResponsibilities:
- Interacting with customers at the front counter and providing them with expert advice on parts and accessories for their GM vehicles.
- Communicating with the service and repair teams to ensure the correct parts are ordered and delivered on time.
- Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of all parts transactions.
- Providing quotes for parts and services, and processing payments.
- Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- CDK software experience is a plus
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Touch it, own it and high Say/Do ratio
- Work well in a team environment, but also can work unsupervised
- Selfstarter
- Punctual and strong attendance record
- Looking for advancement with all the required training provided
- Knowledge of automotive fundamentals is required.
- Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Able to provide excellent customer service.
- You were born 'HappytoHelp."
- Back counter experience preferred but not necessary
