Attention all car enthusiasts We're seeking a dynamic and personable Front Counter Parts Advisor to join our team at the General Motors dealership.

If you have a passion for cars, exceptional customer service skills, and a talent for problem-solving, this could be the job for you

Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers at the front counter and providing them with expert advice on parts and accessories for their GM vehicles.
Communicating with the service and repair teams to ensure the correct parts are ordered and delivered on time.
Managing inventory and maintaining accurate records of all parts transactions.
Providing quotes for parts and services, and processing payments.
Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements:

CDK software experience is a plus
Must have a high attention to detail
Touch it, own it and high Say/Do ratio
Work well in a team environment, but also can work unsupervised
Selfstarter
Punctual and strong attendance record
Looking for advancement with all the required training provided
Knowledge of automotive fundamentals is required.
Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast paced and demanding environment
Able to provide excellent customer service.

Back counter experience preferred but not necessary
