Job Summary


Dominion Roofing, Canada's roofing authority since 1922, is seeking a motivated, experienced, conscientious and driven individual with a passion for sales and great customer service to join our team.

This is a full-time, client facing position that encompasses a mix of both field and office responsibilities.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting with homeowners to discuss re-roofing projects
  • Assessing the state of existing roofs and preparing quotes based on customer needs
  • Utilizing internal software for takesoffs/measurements as required
  • Developing and submitting quotes to homeowners
  • Consistent follow up after quotes are submitted
  • Ensuring all records are up to date in the CRM/database
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Hungry for results and a desire to learn and succeed
  • Previous roofing sales experience
  • Comfortable climbing roofs for measurements and assessments
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in coordination with the team
  • Top notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely well organized, punctual and customer centric
