Job Duties - Teach, coach and supervise internationally educated nurses (IENs) in clinical settings.
- Evaluate IEN progress and provide feedback in the clinical setting with their preceptors during preceptor led clinical.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Description
Required Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Currently register with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) with active practicing status.
- Minimum of two years recent and relevant nursing/teaching experience.
- Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
- Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
- Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
- Demonstrates valuing diversity
Desired QSA - 1. Possesses effective communication skills (oral and written). 2. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills. 3. Possesses efficient problem solving skills.
