Teach, coach and supervise internationally educated nurses (IENs) in clinical settings.
Evaluate IEN progress and provide feedback in the clinical setting with their preceptors during preceptor led clinical.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Description

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Currently register with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) with active practicing status.
Minimum of two years recent and relevant nursing/teaching experience.
Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Small group facilitation skills and leading, modeling and teaching interaction skills.
Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
Demonstrates valuing diversity
