Contracts Program Manager - Oakville, Canada - Veolia
Description
Manage the execution of existing Membrane Replacement Agreement (MRA) Contracts in NAM and develop new operations/forecasting processes needed to support the growing portfolio. In addition, be resource to support the expansion of the model into regions outside of North America.
Nature of work:
In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);

Organize sessions with sales and commercial engineering teams develop and implement the strategy for MRA contract opportunities, also in coordinating with Services teams if customer is interested in a performance based contracts (MSA)

Work closely with Services, Insight, techsupport teams to support customer needs and ensure deliverables from contract are provided.

Maintain forecast of membrane replacements needed for the ZW PSI to use with factory production planning.

Engage project management team in the execution of membranes replacement events as required.

Ensure annual Invoicing is updated and completed for active contracts.

Monitor and update annual contract financial performance and contract forecasting.

Coordinate customer feedback meetings to provide feedback and input.

Be a customer advocate, motivating internal teams to meet customer requirements and prioritize their satisfaction.

Travel to customer sites for site meetings and issue investigation will be required at times.

Function in this role with a high order of integrity and compliance with the regulations and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.

Qualification/ Requirements:
-
B.S. in an engineering/science discipline or related technical experience
- **5+ years of customer relationship management experience.
