Position:
D365 F&O Technical Specialist


Department:
Information Technology (IT)


Location:
Richmond, BC, Canada


Reports to:
Manager, ERP & Business Systems


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Participate in designing and modifying business processes in response to changing business requirements and/or to seek process efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain system and user training documentation
  • Author and modify D365 F&O reports
  • Assist with software integrations and/or data migrations involving D365 F&O
  • Provide user support for technical issues that need developer assistance
  • Lead activities necessary for Microsoft D365 F&O software updates
  • Manage cloud ERP deployments using Lifecycle Services

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar working experience
  • 3+ years of D365 F&O (or Microsoft AX) handson technical experience
  • 3+ years of D365 F&O workflow configuration and report development experience
  • Experience developing business solutions for D365 F&O with X++ in Visual Studio
  • Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and administering D365 F&O cloud environments
  • Experience managing source control with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Power Platform development is an asset
  • Experience with Azure development is an asset
