CAA Atlantic is seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team.

As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

What you'll do


Responsibilities:


What you'll be doing on the job:


Web Content Creation:


  • Create compelling web content using Adobe and Drupal, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate web content updates.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Utilize GA4 to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.

Digital Locations Management:


  • Oversee and optimize Google My Business profiles and other digital locations to enhance local search visibility.
  • Ensure consistency in business information across online platforms.

Digital Content Creation:


  • Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to create visually appealing and effective digital assets.
Projects and Digitization

  • Develop and launch CAA Atlantic SMS marketing program.
  • Assist in the vision and development of CAA Atlantic's paperless member transition.
  • Developing reporting dashboards for key acquisition channels and communications.
  • Assist with the CAA Community Crew and events that drive member engagement and experiential marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with our overall marketing goals.
What you'll need


Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications will be required to carry out this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a Combination of education and experience.
  • Three years progressive experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Drupal, and GA
  • Familiarity with Google My Business and digital locations management.
  • Video editing experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French considered an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Ability to travel within Atlantic Canada to attend events.
