  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the whole lifecycle project schedules which reflect the strategy of the Project Delivery Team with clearly defined critical paths, interfaces, external dependencies, and thirdparty obligations.
  • Create & maintain schedules based on Drawings, Scope of Work, Owner Requirements and Construction Team inputs
  • Capable to monitor and control the progress of activities throughout entire program (Design, Procurement, PLAA, Construction, T&C and Close out) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and specifications
  • Interact with Construction team to define scope of work to develop schedules with resources and cost information
  • Create work breakdown structures and set the schedule up to utilize WBS codes and Construction work areas.
  • Develop Critical Path Method (CPM),
  • Perform schedule impact analysis for change orders.
  • QA/QC review of schedule submissions for conformance.
  • Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
  • Participate in site reviews and project meetings as needed.
  • Update, maintain and revise monthly and weekly schedules, compare, and report on monthly basis and identify variances from original plan.
  • Perform any changes, Delays and/or accelerations to a specific construction section/WBS.
  • Assisting Operations with short term schedules.

What YOU Will Bring

  • 25 years of Scheduling experience
  • A good understanding of construction timelines, and practices
  • Proficient in Primavera 6 and MS Project scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to coordinate and update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion dates
  • Prepare and issue schedule analysis narratives and reports including recommendations for corrective actions to be used by project teams to manage the work
  • Accurately record all jobrelated information on the appropriate systems
  • Knowledge of Cost Loading
  • Knowledge of Resource Loading
  • Knowledge on Prepare Time Impact Analysis & Delay Impact Analysis
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
