Support factory personnel in problem resolution, capacity increase, and optimization of overall paper machine performance

Please note that we offer great flexibility regarding the location of this position (South Shore, Center of Quebec, Quebec, and /or other location possibilities) as the position requires frequent travelling (75%) to our business plants all across North America._

You too, put forward your strengths:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical engineering, or a different academic background combined with substantial relevant professional experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience related to the operation and optimization of paper machines
Excellent technological knowledge of peripheral systems around the machine and its components
Leadership and expertise to garner support for proposed solutions
Exemplary diligence in handling responsibilities
Being fluent in both French & English as our units are located in North America (Canada & United States)
