Responsibilities:


  • Manage the office social calendar with employees.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Manage the office location by making necessary repairs and improvements.
  • Ensure that all office materials are properly maintained and inventoried.
  • Manage supplies, including ordering new materials and maintaining a stock of basic office supplies.
  • Supervise the physical environment of the office.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $52,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
