About the Role


The Business Services Group is looking to fill the position of Robot Process Automation System Analyst, whose primary responsibilities will be focused on the support, maintenance and development of the RPA platform.

The position is located in the Gatineau office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and supporting existing RPA bots utilizing UI Path (RPA tool).
  • Monitor the UiPath production and development environments.
  • Managing support ticket queue regarding RPA inquiries and updating users regarding the status of their tickets.
  • Provide support for the UI Path solutions of existing business users already in Production
  • Follow documented change management procedures to implement new solutions into production
  • Record and analyze requests for RPA solutions and followup on them until properly scoped and complete process documented for evaluation and planning
  • Complete QA and UAT testing including test script documentation, and perform debugging and validation of solutions delivered for approval and business sign off
  • Adjust and execute SQL scripts;
  • Provide on going support for all production solutions which may included after hours support and weekends.

Requirements:


  • Strong planning, prioritizing and time management skills must be able to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations
  • Enjoys working in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process documentation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or information technology
  • Experience in using and or development in UI Path or another RPA tool
  • UiPath Orchestrator Developer certification an asset;
  • Experience in using software tools for HR, Finance, CRM, & Analytics
  • Practical experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX) or internal control procedures and audit requirements in relation to data access, security and master data configuration would be an asset;
  • Exposure to the SQL language would be an asset;
  • Exposure to ITIL concepts, including a good working knowledge of formal change management process would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Note:
Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield's identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days to perform most effectively. We will reassess the approach on a as needed basis.
