We are currently looking for a
_Human Resources Coordinator _with Recruitment & Selection experience to join our big family at our corporate office in Maple Ridge.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the
_HR Coordinator_ will:
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employee records
- Enter data, update, and maintain information in HRIS and any other related platforms used by HR
- Provide benefits administration support for employee onboarding, tracking, and terminations
- Assist with all internal and external HRrelated inquiries or requests
- Update records of new and existing employees
- Draft general forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary
- Photocopy and scan documents as required
- Create new files and records as necessary
- Assist with special projects and reports
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee data
- Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience
- Experience in database management
- Previous experience with Recruitment & Selection in fastpaced environments
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Experience with HRIS to process and file information (familiarity with bamboo HR is an asset)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator is required
- Some formal education in Human Resources is required
- Previous experience in the construction industry is considered a strong asset
- Understanding of Human Rights legislation and the BC Employment Standards Act is required.
Work Conditions
- This is a fulltime (40 hours per week), officebased position.
- Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Overtime as required
