Retail Merchandiser (Part Time) - Markham, ON L3R 0G7

Job Summary:
- Maintain billing system and process invoices timely. Generate billings, reconcile accounts and update management regularly.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible for timely creation and issuance of invoices
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
- Work with Assistant Controller to process monthly general ledger journal entries or adjustments
- Escalate issues to Assistant Controller
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in using MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Focus on excellent client service
- Advanced organizational, time management and administrative skills
