Position Overview:


As a Business Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business opportunities in the sheet metal fabrication industry.

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within the manufacturing and metalworking sectors.

However a strong technical acumen may be considered


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the sheet metal fabrication industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, cold calls, networking, and other leadgeneration activities.
  • Conduct indepth needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decisionmakers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.
  • Build and nurture longlasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials is desired, but not critical.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
