Medical Office Assistant Certificate
mandatory and Healthquest Experience preferred.

Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office setting is required.
Customer Service Skills to ensure a high quality of care for the patients.

An interest in health care and customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology.
Able to talk to patients in an understanding way.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written (e.g. good spelling, punctuation, grammar as well as spoken English)
Excellent organizational, multi tasking & time management skills. Exceptional computer skills, including and ability to learn new software.

Position is Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm with some Saturdays and Sundays 9:45am - 3:00pm.
