Field Service Technician to join our team. We offer excellent working conditions and an exciting work environment with projects all over the world. This key position within our organization will report to our Plant Manager and involves regular travel to local and international destinations.
Duties:
- Assemble and troubleshoot highlyautomated machinery with tight tolerances
- Commission, install, maintain and/or repair sophisticated machinery and equipment in Plant or onsite in various international locations
- Assemble machines for presses, etc., welding and machining from mechanical drawings to correct components as required
- Install, dismantle or move machinery and heavy equipment according to layout plans, blueprints schematic or other drawings
- Ensure that plant machinery is in good working order
- Repair and lubricate machines and equipment
- Assemble and install and align machines and equipment using hand tools and power tools
- Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager
Qualifications:
- Five plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid Ontario Machine Builder/Millwright certificate or equivalent
- Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics, welding, fitting
- Experienced and precise in using shop tools
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work closely with others and follow instructions closely
- English communication skills
- Overhead crane license preferred
- Fork lift experience preferred
- Logout/tag training an asset
- Controlleld Goods Workplace
- Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, drawings
- Willing and able to travel overseas periodically

Salary:
$38.00-$42.00 per hour
