We are looking to grow our
Applewood Nissan Surrey team by recruiting for a
Part-Time Receptionist
We are looking for someone to fill this schedule: Thursday and Fridays

We are also open to giving more hours too

The Position - Part-Time Receptionist
Our team is looking for a Part-time receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

At Applewood we want every client that comes in to have that "ROCKSTAR" experience, therefore going above and beyond their expectations is a must.

It is an asset if you have customer service skills

A Day in a life of our receptionist will include:
Customer Engagement & Experience - Welcoming customers and finding out what their purpose is for coming in. The "can-do" attitude in finding solutions for our clients.

Administrative Tasks - Managing phone calls, directing customers to the appropriate department or person, book and confirm appointments, managing supplies, service customers daily general requests, and overall being able to provide that "WOW" experience.

Furthermore, if you have experience with the following you'll definitely be considered as the complete package

Operating a 3line switchboard
Customer service
Processing payments
Balancing cash
Supporting sales & admin staff
