Proven leader with underwriting expertise needed

Lead a national underwriting team specializing in corporate financing and senior accounts.

You'll oversee, manage and coach underwriting teams to partner with corporate sales staff in the preparation of files for approval, ensuring consistency in approach and risk mitigation.

What you'll do:

Oversee large and complex credit proposals for corporate and senior accounts, including syndication and other complex financing structure
Partner, collaborate and consult with partners in Corporate Credit to ensure consistent underwriting and continuous improvement of the function

What we're looking for:

Proven leader with an established track record of collaborating with internal and external partners, having a highly professional approach to business and partner relationships
Strong communicator who can translate and share knowledge to diverse audiences

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
A drive to help others achieve their goals
Corporate lending experience is an asset.
