Intrepid Health Solutions (IHS) is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative/Business Development to join our team in Brampton.
At Intrepid Health Solutions we provide specialty medication services to patients, pharmacies, and physician offices. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacy technician role in a non-traditional retail environment supporting our ophthalmology portfolio.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities: Should have a strong understanding of the company's market, competitors, and industry trends. They should be able to identify potential new markets, clients, and partnerships to pursue.
- Developing and implementing strategies: The Business Development Executive should develop strategies for pursuing new opportunities and partnerships. He/she should work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to create a comprehensive plan.
- Building and maintaining relationships: The Business Development Executive should build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. They should be able to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and negotiate terms.
- Conducting research and analysis: Should conduct research and analysis to stay uptodate on market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential business opportunities. They should use data to inform decisionmaking and adjust strategies as needed.
- Managing projects: May be responsible for managing projects related to new business development, such as developing marketing materials, conducting market research, or coordinating partnership negotiations.
- Meeting sales targets: Responsible for achieving sales targets related to new business development.
- Reporting and analysis: Should provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on the progress of new business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Biotech or Natural Products industry experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type:
Part-Time or Full Time
Pay Rate:
Commission based.
