We are looking for a

Junior Enrolment Processor


The role of the Enrollment Processor is to establish and maintain employees' and their dependents' eligibility in an online environment.


What you will do

  • Process and maintain employee/dependent certificate information for existing groups, new groups and multiple client requests in an online environment.
  • Update covered person file for changes in personal information
  • Update the Assure Company's Tandem system to support additions & changes to Drug Card related information
  • Determine if special coding is required for particular files
  • Calculate the benefit amounts based on the employee's profile
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies identified from data integrity reports by updating various internal systems (EAS, BEN, PDD and Tandem) to ensure consistency
  • Communicate with Canada Life departments and plan sponsors to obtain missing information required to process enrolment requests

  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous insurance experience &/or postsecondary education or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of TOCS/TSO and EAS/BEN/PDD/Tandem &/or GroupNet is an asset
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
  • You will consent to a criminal background check as well as the Government of Canada enhanced security screening, the cost will be covered by Canada Life
