As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be instrumental in supporting budget owners at Capilano University. You will be leading areas of Forecast development, budget development, variance analysis and external reporting. We are looking for someone to help us continue to build our Financial Planning & Analysis Team and add exceptional experiences for our employee and student community. You will work with a team of talented group, an engaged community and an impactful executive team. You will be part of the team responsible for the University's budgeting & forecasting.

What you'll do
Maintains existing financial reports & systems which are excel based
Development, analysis & reporting of Forecasts & variances
Development, analysis & reporting of Budgets
Manage & develop financial modelling for enrollment & new projects

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree and accounting designation (CGA, CMA or CA).
Three years of directly related work experience including experience in accounting, budgeting and financial reporting.

Salary
Normal starting salary placement is between $66,984 $89,312. Compensation beyond the control/midpoint requires approval by the Public Sector Employer's Council Secretariat (PSEC).
