REQUIREMENTS:

• Foot Care Certification (Advanced Foot Care Course)
• Experience with clients with diabetes
• Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Availability for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Up-to-date immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check upon hiring
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Thrives in a dynamic environment
• Appreciation for Quality Improvement processes
• Current CPR certification required
• Physically demanding role involving sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling/squatting, reaching, and different hand grips of varying forces

DUTIES:

• Practice in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario Standards
• Adhere to SE Health policies and procedures
• Report to the Facility Charge Nurse
• Submit weekly time sheets to SE Health Staffing Solutions
