4 Month Co-op

Why This Role is Important:
We are looking for a hardworking and independent co-op student to support the PC Telecom Marketing team.

Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to learn about the telecom industry in Canada and work on the delivery of marketing campaigns from concept to execution.


You will support The Mobile Shop and PC Mobile in marketing activities with duties ranging from campaign execution to ad-hoc creative requests to finances.

This well-rounded internship will give you experience in all areas of marketing and set you up for success in the future.


What You'll Do:

  • Get exposure while supporting all aspects of the marketing portfolio through acquisition, always on, instore support, and promotional campaigns through planning and execution
  • Drive projects forward through brief writing, managing creative development with the agency, media planning, and creative implementation.
  • Support on social media initiatives, such as planning, execution, and fulfilment of giveaways.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, Creative Agency, Legal, Data team and other crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns
Day - to-day

  • Assist in monitoring, tracking, and communicating campaign reporting for Marketing team.
  • Support team with adhoc requests as needed
  • Proofread marketing materials for clarity, grammar, and spelling
  • Coordinate budget, including tracking, reporting, and invoicing
  • Work with the legal team to ensure compliance of all assigned campaigns.
What You Bring

  • In University for Marketing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Project Management and time management skills.
  • Financial competence
