Our member is seeking a Project Manager to join their team


Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Manages day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget.

Resource Allocation: Oversees the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to various projects.

Subcontractor Management: Coordinates with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality contributions to projects.

Problem-Solving: Identifies and addresses challenges and obstacles within projects, implementing effective solutions.

Client Communication: Maintains regular communication with clients regarding project status and adjustments.

Schedule Management: Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.

Cost Control: Monitors project expenses and implements cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensures all project activities comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with all project stakeholders, including community members and regulatory bodies, to maintain positive relations.

Documentation Control: Manages all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits and reviews.


Qualifications:


  • 5 years minimum experience in Construction Co-Ordination and Estimation
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving skills
