This role is created for 12-16 months of Mat leave coverage. Incumbent can be located anywhere in Canada as this is a 100% remote position.

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the development and analysis of data driven insights and initiatives. This role creates and maintains accurate and scalable reporting.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze the effectiveness of revenue generating teams, understand current trends, and identify areas of opportunity to improve close ratios.
  • Review and refine revenue generating processes using data and technology to streamline workflows that will improve sales velocity.
  • Develop insights and analysis on the state of current business and advise on the direction of process and model changes.
  • Support analysis on crossdepartmental projects as required to support revenue operations activities.
  • Build and maintain required data and support the preparation of reports using Salesforce and Tableau to communicate operational insights and revenue health.
  • Communicate revenues operations processes and policies as required.
  • Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or enablement type of role, preferably in a B2B, highgrowth or SaaS company.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce Analytics. Experience with Tableau, an asset.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing revenuerelated KPIs.
  • Understanding post closedwon processes and finance terminology (eg, billing, collections, revenue recognition).
  • Ability to maintain a longterm outlook while being revenuefocused when architecting solutions to challenges combined with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
