This role is created for 12-16 months of Mat leave coverage. Incumbent can be located anywhere in Canada as this is a 100% remote position.

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the development and analysis of data driven insights and initiatives. This role creates and maintains accurate and scalable reporting.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the effectiveness of revenue generating teams, understand current trends, and identify areas of opportunity to improve close ratios.
Review and refine revenue generating processes using data and technology to streamline workflows that will improve sales velocity.
Develop insights and analysis on the state of current business and advise on the direction of process and model changes.
Support analysis on crossdepartmental projects as required to support revenue operations activities.
Build and maintain required data and support the preparation of reports using Salesforce and Tableau to communicate operational insights and revenue health.
Communicate revenues operations processes and policies as required.
Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a sales support or enablement type of role, preferably in a B2B, highgrowth or SaaS company.
1+ years of experience working with Salesforce Analytics. Experience with Tableau, an asset.
Experience gathering and analyzing revenuerelated KPIs.
Understanding post closedwon processes and finance terminology (eg, billing, collections, revenue recognition).
Ability to maintain a longterm outlook while being revenuefocused when architecting solutions to challenges combined with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
