Your role:


  • Support Financial Markets in the onboarding and lifecycle management of counterparties
  • Act as a contact person for various partners and team members
  • Understand the needs of partners and identify and analyze the issues presented by taking initiative and suggesting solutions
  • Familiarize yourself with any new corporate standards and applicable laws that may affect the sector's activities
We offer a hybrid work model. This position reports to the Senior Manager - Counterparty Documentation Center. You will collaborate daily with a team of several experts including traders, compliance, legal and the account opening team.


Required skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience OR university certificate or undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment on several files at the same time within tight timeframes
  • Recognized for being proactive, accountable, and flexible
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will frequently interact with partners who speak a language other than French

Preferred skills:


  • Member of the Barreau du Québec or the Chambre des notaires du Québec
  • Good knowledge of Financial Markets activities, IIROC regulations, OSFI standards, and other applicable regulations
  • Good knowledge of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and related regulations
