receptionist / financial coordinator

Majority of the time will be at our Richmond location but there will be some days working out of our Vancouver location.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients as they enter the office
Answering the phone and scheduling appointments
Prepare reports to send to other dental offices
Record videos for our office social media
Take payments. Set up payment plans for patients.
Follow up with patients who have overdue payments. Updating credit card on file
Prepare financial agreement for patients who start treatment
Prepare monthly tracking sheets to track financial collections of the office

Requirements:

Must be comfortable discussing payment plans and collecting money from patients.
Product knowledge and ongoing training will be provided and there will be opportunity to grow in job duties and responsibilities.
Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Position is full time Monday to Friday with approximate shift hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch.

Salary:
$20.00-$26.00 per hour
