Description

Performance Expectations

  • Responsible for steel paint production as projects come out of the fabrication process, and enter the paint booth
  • Maintain detailed records pertaining to projects including; mil readings, paint consumption, and ambient environment readings
  • Take direction from Assembly & Paint Supervisor as needed for specific products or projects
  • Prioritize projects based on project requirements, and lead times
  • Follow all health and safety procedures as outlined in the hourly employee handbook

Credentials

  • 12 years of industrial painting in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Must be familiar with wet paint techniques and have a good understanding of paint equipment
  • Excellent safety standards and practices
