Description

Performance Expectations

Responsible for steel paint production as projects come out of the fabrication process, and enter the paint booth
Maintain detailed records pertaining to projects including; mil readings, paint consumption, and ambient environment readings
Take direction from Assembly & Paint Supervisor as needed for specific products or projects
Prioritize projects based on project requirements, and lead times
Follow all health and safety procedures as outlined in the hourly employee handbook

Credentials

12 years of industrial painting in a manufacturing setting preferred
Must be familiar with wet paint techniques and have a good understanding of paint equipment
Excellent safety standards and practices
