We are seeking a
Offset Printing Machine Operator to join our team located in North York, ON.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate printing machine to produce highquality printed plastic cups
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper ink coverage, registration, and print quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
Inspect printed cups for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
Examining work order and set up the right tools, prepare the right colors and Quantity needed.
Mixing ink, clean all the trays for multiple colors
Prepare the plates or screens for printing
Set up and make necessary adjustments
Troubleshooting problems as they arise
Cleaning the Machine after the job finished and ready for the next job
Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical issues with printing equipment
Experience in operating a forklift to move materials and supplies as needed
Proficiency in fabricating or modifying printing plates or other components as required
Must be able to lift 50 Pounds and able to stand long periods
Previous work experience as a machine/ printer operator
Excellent handeye coordination
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Flexible to operate other machinery/Printers
Ability to work with ink and chemical
