Description
Experienced Customer Service representative- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift & pallet jack)
- Must be able to communicate fluently. Any additional languages are beneficial and would be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to work extended hours 'in season' and provide additional relief coverage as required
- Mechanical and Technical aptitude and/or experience
- Must hold a valid Ontario driver's license
- Direct experience with agricultural equipment would also be considered an advantage
_Essential Duties, Responsibility, and Expectations:
_
- Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.
- Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality
- Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Able to selfmotivate in a fast pace, multitasking environment
- Conduct general house keeping duties within facility and assist with warehouse maintenance as required
- Utilize Advantage Farm Equipment professional standards for Customer Service in all customer and vendor contacts
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Correctly create Sales Orders and generate Invoices for all parts dispensed and sold.
- Perform cycle counts as requested.
- Complete all duties assigned by Supervisor and/or manager
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
