Summary:

Responsibilities:

Ensure Private lounge is properly tended for all aircraft Arrivals / Departures
Replenish any missing amenities accordingly from lounge
Assist Clients with any of their requests
Maintain aircraft orderliness as well as commissary room to the highest standards
Ensure items to be placed on board aircraft are in accordance with clients requests
Reconcile relevant credit card charges related to purchase of aircraft supplies
Order stationary and office supplies
Provide clerical support as required.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in a similar role in the aviation field
High level of customer service
Great organizational skills/attention to detail

Variable schedule depending on aircraft arrivals & departures
