Job Description:

Scanning and filling of parts certifications;
Price confirmation of repair quotes in AS400;
Scanning and filling of shipping documents;
Scanning and filling of repair documents;
Manual packing slip validation and filling to the software;
Taking care of shelflife expired parts;
Dispose of expired parts;
Picking parts and filing requisitions.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent experience;
Experience in aeronautics is considered an asset;
Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written);
Demonstrated computer skills and ability to use MS Office software's (Word, Excel);
Ability to easily learn new software and do internet research;
Ability to perform calculations;
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
Good organizational skills and attention to details;
Autonomy, initiative and ability for teamwork;
Ability to obtain the Controlled Goods Authorization.
