As the CRM & Sales Insights Analyst Intern, you will be working with the CRM & Sales Insights team to support and manage our CRM platform - Salesforce.

What you'll do

Attend meetings and shadow team member to observe and learn.
Work on support tickets raised by coworkers.
Assist in updating documentation.
Support the team with day to day work as required.
Wherever required, work with stakeholders/coworkers directly to resolve issues or fulfill requests.
Wherever required, support with technical research related to Salesforce.

What we're looking for:

Currently enrolled in a fulltime undergraduate college / university program
Comfortable working in excel understanding data, basic formulas and manipulating data.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
Availability to work a 40hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
Authorization to work in Canada; without sponsorship as a fulltime coworker
