Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counsels Pregnancy Outreach Program participants consistent with the goals and objectives of Pregnancy Outreach Programs as outlined by BCAPOP Guidelines
- Meets with assigned participants through out their pregnancy
- Provides the participant with uptodate prenatal information which will assist them during their pregnancy
- Provides an average of participant counselling sessions weekly
- Provides client counselling sessions on site and in other venues including home visits when requested or deemed necessary
- Consults and confers with the Pregnancy Outreach Coordinator and other health professionals on participant status
Salary:
$18.20-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
