Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Work on a team and collaborate with coworkers;
Through Customer Service work focus on customer satisfaction;
Provide nationwide support for our clients in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
Help develop customer rapport and relationships;
Communicate effectively, follow up with customers;
Be attentive to changing customer and business needs;
Be flexible to navigate changing business needs, priorities, processes, and working conditions;
Gather customer information, verify key aspects and then determine a timely resolution;
Be personable and maintain upbeat, positive attitude while communicating with the customers.
Work with a team in an office based role;
High School Diploma required;
Work onsite at the office.
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with coworkers;
Customer service experience is a plus but not required;
Excited to learn this role and the lines of business and industry we service;
Strong computer skills;
Self-Starter, ability to work independently with an outgoing personality;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Exceptional attention to detail;
Experience with a CRM preferable;
Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to work in a team environment.
G License and Reliable Transportation to get to work (no bus route to office);
