The Role
Q4 is looking for an energetic, adaptable Office & Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, the Office & Employee Experience Coordinator will manage front desk operations in our Toronto office and act as a resource for vendors, supplies and employees.

The Office Coordinator will also support the People & Culture team on a variety of people related projects and programs.


The Office & Employee Experience Coordinator will be an in-person role, based in the Toronto office, near King & Spadina.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive visitors and manage incoming inquiries;
  • Handle incoming/outgoing shipments by courier and mail;
  • Manage office budget, expenses, procurement, office supplies and food programs, so as to ensure sufficient administrative support for business needs as well as reasonable operation costs;
  • Directly support various senior members as assigned (calendar/ expenses/ travel);
  • Assemble and collate a variety of documents including correspondence, charts, presentations and other documents;
  • Manage boardrooms to ensure they are maintained and clean;
  • Maintain and manage general office, kitchen and printer supplies;
  • Facilitate and manage various office projects;
  • Assist with ad hoc People & Culture projects as needed;
  • Assist with event coordination including setup/teardown;
  • Coordinate and support employee events such as socials and hackathons;
  • Arrange catering and importantly, maintain snack program.

Experience and skills:


  • 35 years of demonstrated experience in administrative support or office coordination;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and strong attention to detail; and
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key
