AQUATIC LEADER Aquatic Leader is a member of the Aquatics Leadership
team.

REQUIRED LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES:
Ability to demonstrate ownership of personal

Grade 12 or equivalent development and the development of the team as a

Current National Lifeguard Award - Pool Option (NL)
Demonstrated ability to assess the performance of

Current Swim instructor (SI)
aquatic staff and to provide appropriate and timely

Current First Aid, CPR C/AED feedback in response

One of Current Life Saving Instructor or CurrentAbility to meet various deadlines in a constantly
Aquatic Supervisor Training changing service environment

SEE Auditor CertificateHigh level of creativity and flexibility and a willingness

Satisfactory Criminal Record to adapt to change

Aquatic Fitness Instructor This is a full time position working 35 hours per week, the

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
