Salary Range:
$69,231 - $110,769

What you will do:


  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with mortgage brokers to build loyalty to the Company
  • Maintains positive relationships with external partners such as mortgage insurers, appraisers, title insurance companies, and solicitors
  • Generates new business opportunities through existing referral sources to help achieve company sales targets
  • Makes lending decisions within established limits while ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines
  • Completes management reporting as required
  • Stays current with latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends
  • Manages the capacity of the team through efficient delegation of work and careful monitoring of volumes within the workflow
  • Manages the performance of team members through ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Establishes performance and work standards
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and on boards new employees as required
  • Provides coaching, training, support and development to team members
  • Leads team meetings
  • Conducts annual performance reviews
  • Adheres to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable
