• Bachelor's Degree or College equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience in the Print or Packaging industry an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience utilizing a CRM system to track daily activities
• Proven success in a similar role
• Proven ability to meet annual sales quotas
• Proven ability to develop a business plan in identifying new business as well as growing existing accounts
