About the Role


We are looking for a
Product Manager who can help us shape the future building out our digital first experiences.

The role will sit within our Digital Commerce Platform (DCP), building out products and features that support our customers' ability to try, upsell, and renew Thomson Reuters products and services to grow their businesses.

We want a data-driven leaders who will use data to develop a comprehensive and bold product vision, strategy, roadmap, breaking out epics into applicable quarters through extensive quarterly planning with cross-functional teams.

Additional responsibilities include conducting experiments to test out hypothesis, executing POCs to prioritize backlogs, setting key business objectives (OKRs) for their product and executing on the delivery of the strategy and roadmap while monitoring GTM enhancements, reporting on metrics to define next iteration of enhancement with thorough operational monitoring and reporting.


In this opportunity as Product Manager
, you will:

  • Product planning, discovery, build, launch and post launch management new and / or enhanced proposition, products and/or services, including design, development, and launch activities.
  • Participate in or lead crossfunctional meetings to ensure ontime, inscope delivery.
  • Responsible for supporting and leading frontend scrum teams.
  • Work in an Agile scrum team, ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives
  • Create standards, processes, and policies and participate in testing/validation.
  • Responsible for the planning of 12 quarters in advance of execution for both design and development
  • Ability to test out hypothesis and experiment to help inform future roadmaps.
  • Maintain accountability for the development and health of the product, drive the strategy and road map for your product with a focus on using customer analytics to drive prioritization
  • Create proposals or business case benefits to obtain approval for project and gain support for new propositions, products, or services.
  • Leverage analytics and user experience research to drive continuous improvement for daytoday tasks as well as deliver new customer features
  • Supports definition and communication of features and benefits/key selling points and competitive positioning to key stakeholders.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of endtoend customer experience integration and dependencies
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders, cross functional teams.

About You
You're a fit for the role of *Product Manager* if your background includes:

  • 3+ years' experience working as a product owner or product manager of a B2B or B2C digital platform
  • Established background in an Agile environment of 2 or more years with a proven understanding of the development life cycle, including but not limited to requirements definition, user experience, development practices, testing, and deployment
  • History of partnering with architecture and leads in writing clear technical stories
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easytounderstand terminology
  • Demonstrates understanding of operating under a product model including product strategy and roadmap development
  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
  • Track record of project execution; completing and shipping excellent products on time Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate a strategy at every level of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision. Ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features. Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles with large teams to achieve a common goal
  • Proven ability to influence crossfunctional team(s) without formal authority. Familiarity with financial concepts and financial/budget management
