Stock Picker/ Packer (2 month contract)

Position Summary
Responsible for fulfilling orders and preparing for shipment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Pick the correct amounts of fuses and accessories from the stock shelves as required by a Shipping Order
Pull and pack products based on daily orders in a timely manner.

Check orders for shipment.
Check packing slips against orders received.
Operate various pieces of equipment (paper wrapper, scanner)
Load and unload of inventory, stock and supplies as required.
Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
Maintain work areas and equipment in clean, orderly and safe condition.
Assist other departments as required.

Minimum Requirements
1 year of experience working in a warehouse setting

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Must be able to work well in a team
Ability to read, write and to follow instructions
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to act independently and with mínimal supervision
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift up to 30 pounds

Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as required

Fixed term contract

Contract length: 2 months

Salary:
$16.00 per hour
