Position Description:

This role assists the current Regulatory Affairs team at Elanco with management of regulatory dossiers for products registered with the PMRA, VDD, CFIA-CCVB and via the VHP program.

Intern will gain knowledge of the 4 authorities key to animal health medicines in Canada and their approval and post approval processes.


Functions, Duties, Tasks:


  • Compiling and reviewing of ongoing submissions
  • Archiving of completed submissions and associated documents
  • Learning document management systems
  • Assisting with Compliance activities (e.g., licensing, import permits, provincial
- permits, vendor licensing)

  • Labelling activities (e.g., proofreading, archiving)
  • Assessing manufacturing variances

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

  • Currently enrolled in the Humber Regulatory Affairs Certification program.
