Previous experience working in a medical office setting completed large number of referrals with proper follow up protocols
Familiarity with Healthquest an asset
Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Customer serviceoriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
