What you will be doing:

Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Unloading containers, Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, etc.) are completed on time & in full
Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all WH activities
Ensure safety measures & warehouse rules are known and obeyed by all employees
Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met
Other related tasks

What we are looking for:

2+ years experience in a distribution centre setting

Ability to work physically for extended periods of time: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures:

Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is a must as there is no public transportation to this location:
Experience in a quality control environment an asset
Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes
High school diploma or equivalent
Eligible to work in Canada
Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus
