Who we are:

What you'll do:

As the leader of a small Gas Bar/C- Store, you will be responsible for merchandising, financial management, and overall store management

This includes:

Engage and interact with guests to create an exceptional guest experience in person and on the telephone
Oversee, plan and manage daily operations for gas bar location including, fuel pricing, inventory management, and implementing marketing programs.
Ensure orders are received properly, piece counts are conducted, and claims are processed
Effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the reporting team members including recruitment and selection and learning and development
Budget, administer and be responsible for the sales, margins, expenses, inventory and sales per employee hour
Ensure maintenance on all equipment is completed according to schedule; follow all Health and Safety practices and regulations
Lead the team to ensure engagement of team members, including meeting all Talent Management and Corporate Performance Management deadlines

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

You have a high school diploma
You have 13 years of related experience in a Cstore or similar store setting with some Supervisory or Leadership Experience.
Must be able to successfully complete required training/certification relating to the sale of petroleum, tobacco products and lottery (ex. Lotto Learn, Propane Certificate, TDG, etc.).
Must be available a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Must be capable of lifting up to 25kg
