Salary range:
$103,148 - $124,811 per year

CADTH is Canada's drug and health technology agency. We're a not-for-profit organization headquartered in Ottawa, with a satellite office in Toronto.

We're funded by Canada's federal, provincial, and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec, to provide independent information and advice to the country's publicly funded health care systems.

Health administrators and policy experts rely on CADTH to inform their decisions about the funding and appropriate use of the drugs, devices, and services used to prevent, diagnose, and treat medical conditions.


Primary Focus

On any given day, the Manager, Enterprise Applications Services will:

  • Ensure that the development, deployment, and support of Enterprise Applications is in line with organizational and Information Technology strategies, maximizing operational effectiveness.
  • Guide the Application Developers in their creation of solutions using MS Flow, PowerApps, SharePoint Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, and Client Object Model.
  • Lead the planning, design, development, and deployment of M365based solutions; work closely with business areas to recognize the need for various apps within M365 and work on configuration and roll out of the solutions.

This may include but is not limited to:

  • Development of process documentation, automation to support standardization and maturity around the use of the MS Power Apps, web services, project online, and SharePoint online in alignment with software lifecycle maturity.

Is this the right role for you?

The Manager, Enterprise Applications Services will likely have:

  • Prior experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
  • Advanced knowledge of M365 product suite and Microsoft Power Apps with a solid understanding of the architecture, features, and administration of M365 offerings with design, build and deployment experience
  • Knowledge and management of IIS and REST APIs, familiarity in concepts of CI/CD, DNS, SQL, Docker, Version Control, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript skills, PHP
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and vendors
  • Ability to create and foster longterm working relationships with colleagues, customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively, prioritizing, and balancing multiple competing tasks effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Respectful, approachable, and teamoriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

$103,920.92-$124,811.00 per year
