WHAT WILL YOU DO

Partner with hiring leaders and the People & Culture team to gain an in depth understanding of the business and hiring needs to deliver recruitment strategies to attract top talent that is best fit for the organization.
Employ a variety of methods including job postings, networking, direct sourcing, and referrals to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent.
Ensure the Company's employer brand is conveyed to applicants throughout the hiring process.
Proactively think ahead for recruitment needs as our business grows.
Partner with the People & Culture team on relevant recruiting and workforcerelated issues.
Support recruitment projects as necessary.
Provide reporting and analytics to the business as required.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

1+ years of experience in a fullcycle recruiting role.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives, projects and relationships with a sense of urgency in a fastpaced environment and high client expectations.
Experience working with hiring teams across various departments and working on various roles.
Communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), we use UKG (formerly UltiPro).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to help leaders understand the recruitment process and provided timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Act as a brand ambassador for the Avenue Living Group.
Demonstrable ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fastpaced, changing environment.
Disciplined, detailoriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's success.
