What YOU Will Do


Under the direction of the Senior Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, you will have the opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities where your communication skills will be an asset, allowing you to contribute your potential and thrive.

You will act as an intermediary in various matters and have an overview of the department's development and its key internal collaborators.


Your main functions will include:

  • Coordinate various meetings, including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations;
  • Ensure the processing and drafting of all required correspondence and oversee the execution of various mandates between different departments;
  • Proactively address and promptly report any obstacles or blockers;
  • Structure and maintain an effective filing and archiving system;
  • Ensure the followup and prioritization of tasks as well as the quality of existing processes;
  • Coordinate certain stages of ongoing projects where members of the Quality Service contribute;
  • Be responsible for the coordination and logistics of team meetings or events;
  • Possibility of translating various communications;
  • Prepare, record, and ensure the followup of expense account payments for the Senior Director and her direct reports;
  • Participate in special projects.

What YOU Will Bring

  • 5 years of experience in an administrative and/or project support role;
  • Diploma (DEP) or AEC in a relevant field;
  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written);
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, responsibilities, and political acumen;
  • Exhibit ease in establishing interpersonal relationships;
  • Have a high capacity for adaptation;
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality;
  • Demonstrate judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and/or requirements;
  • Display integrity and kindness;
  • Indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Be available, on occasion, to support the management team through certain events or business trips.
