Pilot Recruitment Assistant to join our growing and ever-changing organization.
The Pilot Recruitment Assistant is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support services to the Pilot Recruitment team.
The duties range from complex to routine and are often confidential in naturePrimary Job Functions:
The duties of the
Pilot Recruitment Assistant include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support on all pilot recruitment requirements, from offer letters onwards
- Send and follow up on offer letters in an agreedupon timeline
- Ensure all new hire pilots complete documents for onboarding
- Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time
Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities:
- Support the SMS program through participation and reporting
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- A postsecondary certificate in Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Minimum of one year of directly related work experience
- Clear criminal record check
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
- Previous experience working with an HRIS or HRMS, including running reports
- General knowledge of labour law and Employment Standards
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality on a daily basis
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and analytical ability
- Selfmotivated with strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
