Pilot Recruitment Assistant to join our growing and ever-changing organization.

The Pilot Recruitment Assistant is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support services to the Pilot Recruitment team.

The duties range from complex to routine and are often confidential in nature


Primary Job Functions:


The duties of the
Pilot Recruitment Assistant include:


  • Provide day-to-day administrative support on all pilot recruitment requirements, from offer letters onwards
  • Send and follow up on offer letters in an agreedupon timeline
  • Ensure all new hire pilots complete documents for onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned by the company from time to time

Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities:

  • Support the SMS program through participation and reporting

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • A postsecondary certificate in Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Minimum of one year of directly related work experience
  • Clear criminal record check
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
  • Previous experience working with an HRIS or HRMS, including running reports
  • General knowledge of labour law and Employment Standards
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality on a daily basis
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and analytical ability
  • Selfmotivated with strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
