Responsibilities:


  • Manage financial records for rental properties and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements related to rental properties
  • Create budgets and forecasts for rental properties to support business decisions
  • Monitor rental income and expenses for each property
  • Reconcile rent collections, security deposits, and other rental income and expenses
  • Prepare tax returns for rental properties and liaise with external auditors
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to improve rental property profitability
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations related to rental properties

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred not required
  • Relevant work experience in accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations for rental management
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • Secondary School (preferred)
