We are a lovely, intimate size with only 50 suites, permitting time for some creativity and special touches from our cooks and servers.

The responsibilities and qualificatioins of the Cook role include but are not limited to:

Prepare meals for residents and guests ensuring all dietary needs are met
Ensures residents are satisfied with all aspects of food preparation and presentation
Respond to resident and/or family member dietary related concerns in a timely manner
Effectively communicate and interact with residents, family members, visitors and volunteers professionally
Operate and clean food production equipment and food preparation areas
Knowledge and experience in Canadian cuisine, particularly homestyle meals and the ability to read and follow recipes.
Passion for food and the culinary industry
Current food handlers certification is an asset

The responsibilities of the Dining role include but are not limited to:

Work as part of a team in support of one another and our Residents

- delivering seamless services to residents to create a pleasant dining experience

Portion out and serve food and beverages within the dining room
Wash dishes and utensils; operate dishwasher
Stack clean dishes and utensils; also set, clear and clean dining tables
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing counter tops, sinks, machines, and equipment and spot washing walls and splash areas

Vaccination not required.
